I have never been disappointed with the meals. I have tried their fish, lambi and ribs meals and all were amazing. My go-to is the signature ribs.
They are also very accommodating. My last order, I did not want wedges (the main side on menu that night) and they prepared sautéed potatoes to go with my order. I was very grateful! I highly recommend, not just for their delicious meals, but also their lovely staff.
If you’re ever near Tyrell Bay in Carriacou and don’t stop by Your Favourite Bales Bite and Brew, you’re seriously missing out. This cozy bar is everything you want in a local spot laid back atmosphere, friendly faces, and food that hits the spot every single time.
The ribs Absolutely legendary. Smoky, tender, and full of flavor they’re the kind of ribs you think about days later. Whether you’re pairing them with a cold Carib, a fresh cocktail, or one of their rich, smooth coffees, it just works.
What really sets Baldies apart, though, is the vibe. It’s the kind of place where locals and travelers mix effortlessly, where the music is chill, and the staff make you feel like you’ve been coming there for years even if it’s your first time.
